In the month of November 2023 I was invited as an interpreter at WPA (World Prayer Assembly) in Perth Australia. I was staying with my friend. At her house there were Chinese paintings. She used to paint. I remember when I was in Malaysia and Singapore in the year 1985-1986. In Singapore sometimes I stayed with an Indonesian family. The lady who I called aunty, loved to paint Chinese painting. So beautiful. I didn’t know why my heart was so fascinated by Chinese painting. After I came home from Perth. Suddenly out of nowhere, on my instagram feed appeared how to learn Chinese painting. Honestly I can’t draw, I have no sense of art at all. Why do I want to paint? People will laugh….. Then I began to connect the dots. I contacted a teacher, it’s not expensive to learn and to buy the tools as well.
